All payments are non-refundable. We only provide digital PDF downloads (no physical products). Once the download link is sent, the sale is final. However, we will provide support in these cases:
If the PDF file is corrupted or won't open, we'll provide a new download link. No refund will be issued.
If you can't download the PDF, we'll resend the link or provide alternative delivery. No refund will be issued.
Duplicate purchases, change of mind, dissatisfaction with content - all sales are final, no refunds.
If you experience technical issues with your digital PDF:
We'll respond within 48 hours (business days) with a solution.
